⸸ Introduction
HRIS or Human Resource Information System is used to collect,
store, process and manage of data such as Name, Address, ID, Date of join and
other important data of employees of an organization. In other words, we can
say it is a centralized system where we can store all the employee master
details securely. It helps HR to make their regular works more efficient.

''HRIS is regarded as the backbone of contemporary HRM
function and HRIS could be benefited by the processes of increasing efficiency,
effectiveness and training support. This IT system is used for gathering,
storing, maintaining, analyzing, and recovering an organization’s necessary
information about its all employees. The major task of HRIS is to gather and
facilitate analyzing the data required for human resource management department
to perform its job correctly'' (Anthony, Kacmar, & Perrewe, 2002; Weeks,
2013).

Human Resource Information
System has recently emerged as one of the major modern Human HR tools and it is
considered as an important device for all the businesses to streamline their
activities, to facilitating their workflow and to improve the work efficiency
and to maintain the accuracy of the information.
And also, it brings
qualitatively and cost-effective solutions to the company via efficiently
managing the tasks, timely controlling and monitoring of resources.

It helps to protect employee sensitive data and to keep all the information securely only be accessed by authorized individuals of the organization.

streamline recruitment and reduce admin time.

Human Resource Information System helps for better decision
making and it makes qualitative changes in the productivity of both employees
and employers. It is designed as a centralized system which can be accessed
easily from anywhere within the organization. It paves a platform for a smooth
exchange of words.
