This
is also another strategy used by the organization to hire new employees. This
is the method use to advertise in papers, magazines, trade journals and even
in the notice boards also. But, with the innovation of the technology this
method is not that much popular in these days.

Modern
organizations use to outsource the recruitment to a third party, If you are

specific skills, agencies can handle these requests very specifically.

This
means getting existing staff to refer people they know for the open vacancies.

this method rather than go for the external recruitment methods,

Only thing is, we need to find new selection methods that are reliable, predictive and best suited for the roles that we need to hire, As well as always we need to come up with innovative ideas, new strategies to attract best talents that suits for the organization to achieve goals and objectives.
